Regional Service Coordinator - Carrington, ND
Applied Medical Inc has a full time opening for a Regional Service Coordinator in Carrington, ND. Position Responsibilities: Supervise therapy personnel and oversee facility coordinators in the Eastern North Dakota region. Facilitate communication between AMI staff and contract facility. Keep AMI staff aware of any changes in AMI policy, Medicare regulations, changes in third party payor sources and reimbursement, updates in each disciplines state and national association rules and regulations, etc. Communicate with other AMI employees and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner. Conduct audits of each discipline (PT, OT, SLP) to review timeliness of documentation for patient care (evaluations, progress notes, therapy orders) as well as for AMI Business Office and coordinate any needs. Review with facility coordinator tracking forms for PT, OT and ST needs per contract site and agreement (i.e. visits and minutes as required for MDS purposes, therapy minutes per IEP or IFSP of school environments, authorized therapy visits for outpatient intervention, etc.). Monitor current case load and hours worked by therapists at each facility and make necessary adjustments to these schedules as needed. Arrange coverage needs for vacations, holidays and weekends. Ensure timely responses to questions, concerns, and situations as they arise that need immediate attention. Organize therapy coverage into accounts to effectively control and manage each account for continued growth and development of AMI. Reports to Vice President of Therapy Services.
